Samuel Harman

Samuel Harman

Founder | Lead Draftsman

Samuel leads projects with a strong focus on accuracy, coordination, and keeping work moving forward. With experience in construction, project management, and production drafting—along with degrees in Business Administration and Construction Technology—he approaches every set of drawings from a build-first perspective, making sure plans are clear, properly dimensioned, and realistic for construction in the field.

He is closely involved in client communication, schedule management, and the preparation of high-level construction documents and coordinated 3D models. Samuel is especially focused on resolving conflicts early, improving existing-condition documentation, and eliminating the gaps and inconsistencies that cause projects to stall in plan check or create avoidable issues during construction.

Known for being responsive, practical, and easy to work with, Samuel prioritizes affordability, efficiency, and clear communication—helping contractors, homeowners, and designers move from existing conditions to approved, buildable plans with fewer redlines and fewer delays.

Michael Harman

Michael Harman

Lead Designer

Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in residential and multi-family design to the team, with a background spanning drafting and engineering firms as well as freelance design work. He focuses on design and layout development, turning early concepts into coordinated, approvable plans that move efficiently through review and into construction.

Michael is especially skilled in ADU projects and multi-family sites, where thoughtful layout, code awareness, and attention to detail are critical. He is known for his strong technical knowledge, detail-driven approach, and ability to design functional, livable spaces that work for both the end user and the construction team—helping projects achieve approval without sacrificing buildability.

Dominic Lowry

Dominic Lowry

Draftsman

Dominic works on the drafting and production side of projects, focusing on clear, accurate drawings that can actually be built from. With a background in manufacturing, he understands how things go together in the real world, and that shows in the way he puts plans together. He first got interested in drafting while taking classes in school and has continued building on that through hands-on work.

Most of his time is spent on as-builts and construction plans, where accuracy and organization matter. He works primarily in Revit and is comfortable working through models and drawings in a way that keeps things consistent and easy to follow in the field.

Dominic tends to balance a detail-oriented mindset with a more creative approach when needed, which helps him work through problems without overcomplicating things. He’s easy to work with, stays organized, and focuses on getting drawings out that are clean, reliable, and useful for keeping projects moving.
