Full CD permit sets

Floor plans, site plans, elevations, roof plans, sections, details, schedules, and general notes. Organized and formatted to local jurisdiction submittal requirements.

Submittal and plan check

We prepare the submittal package. You submit it yourself, or we submit it for you. Plan-check corrections are handled by us and included in the price: we track reviewer comments, revise the drawings and resubmit through approval.

Permit drawing prices vary based on a number of factors, including scope and jurisdiction, and every set is quoted up front. Our minimum permit fee is $2,500, which includes the drawings, the submittal package and plan-check correction responses.
