Privacy policy

When you use our contact form or send yourself a quote from our pricing page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project address, project type and anything you write about your project. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address.

We use this to reply to you, prepare a price, do the work you hire us for, and send the newsletter if you asked for it.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. On our live site we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrived. You can decline Google Analytics in the cookie notice.

Our home page shows a 3D tour hosted by Matterport, and our footer shows a seal from the Better Business Bureau. Those services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

The first time you visit, a notice lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics does not run for you. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a decline. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals beyond what is described here.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run our website and business: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (delivering form messages to our inbox), Brevo (our newsletter) and Google (analytics). When a project needs it, we share project details with the engineer, architect or consultant working on it with us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep inquiries and project records for as long as we need them to reply, do the work and keep normal business records. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue.

Our website is meant for adults planning building projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
